Works Delivery Coordinator Inside IR35

Supporting the Works Delivery Manager, as a Works Delivery Coordinator your main responsibilities would be:

• Supporting the development of work plans that enables work to be delivered safety, efficiently and compliant to standards.
• Assisting in the identification of and implementation of safety, asset performance, reliability, productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Reviewing remits and specifications for deliverability.
• Supporting the delivery of maintenance and project work to standards.
• Management and coordination of work, resource specifications, method statements and plans as required.
• Deliverance of work in accordance with the agreed programme.
• Providing information to update systems, databases and records.
• Supporting an agreed programme of staff surveillance, work quality checks and asset condition checks.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Delivering small to medium sized projects
• Construction Design and Management (CDM) and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)

You will also have these Qualifications & skills:

• HND/HNC or equivalent in Construction
• Strong IT skills and an ability to work across Microsoft Office suite
