Salary - £38,500 per annum to £41,150 per annum

About the Job:

The Operations Manager is looking for individuals who are interested in the challenging role of Conductor Team Manager based at Blackpool.

It is a requirement of the role to have Conductor competency.

In this challenging and exciting role you’ll lead and direct all traincrew operational, safety and people management activities to enable the team to deliver high standards of quality and customer service. You’ll maintain our competence management system for conductors, promote and foster a positive safety culture and motivate your team to our customer service, operational and performance standards.

About you:

To fulfil this role, you’ll need:
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Proven organisational and time management skills
• Extensive conductor experience
• To obtain or be willing to work towards your assessor qualifications
• A full, current driving licence
• To work across shift patterns incorporating weekends and evenings, including an on call commitment
• A sound management understanding of HR and safety policy implementation
• Excellent customer service
This role is safety critical.
