Engineering Team Organiser
Salary: £24,237 per annum rising to £28,513 per annum upon completion of training
Grade: CS4
Location: York/Manchester
About the role:
We are looking to recruit an Engineering Team Organiser; in this role you will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service to the Engineering team. Additionally, ensuring that all issues are dealt with in a confidential and professional manner. You will be reporting into the Head of Fleet Commercial and undertaking any work as required, to ensure all aspects of clerical support for the engineering team are met to help them deliver their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the Engineering team by raising purchase requisitions using the SRM system and good receipting services and materials once notified by the recipient
*Organise meetings, attend and take notes/minutes if required
*Organise travel and accommodation arrangements where necessary
*Produce periodic reporting
*Organise the receipt and distribution of all incoming mail in order to ensure all are brought to the attention of the appropriate individual
*Ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulations and ensure procedures are followed in line with the financial policy
About you:
We are looking for highly motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals. To fulfil this your greatest strength will be working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Applicants should have a proven record of their ability to work on their own initiative and be highly organised. You will follow instructions and policies and be highly organised in a reactive environment. You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
*Be flexible, versatile and have ability to successfully complete further competency training as required
*Self management and prioritisation skills
*Work as part of a team also and as an individual to achieve workload and show initiative where necessary
*Adhere to instructions and procedures
*Have good Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to take concise and relevant notes
