Stores Team Member

£19.97/hour PAYE (£25.07/hour Umbrella) PRE 12 WEEKS
£22.51/hour PAYE (£29.78/hour Umbrella) POST 12 WEEKS
37 hours/week - potential for shifts or weekend work
Starting on or around 15th March 2021

We are looking for a new additon to one of our leading rail client's Stores team based in Wembley, to ensure all stock is stored in good condition, in correct locations to correct standards, to fully satisfy all auditable procedures placed upon the stores function.
The Materials Coordinator will agree with the post holder specific objectives.

Helping the company to meet and exceed its Materials supply obligations, which includes statutory, customer and Alstom requirements.

Success will be determined by a variety of measurements including:

* Adhering to, where applicable, TLS processes and procedures.
* FLT Driving - Operational support.
* Alista, SAP and SES input e.g. mobile device.
* Operate the SAP computer system / Barcode Hand Held Terminals
* Ensure accurate booking in/out of stock and purchase order/goods received processes.
* Maintenance of Kanban bins for lineside provision of material to Production.
* The transfer of materials between sites & the booking of the courier using the approved supplier. Including the booking of transfers for other sites when they are not manned, following the standard process. Advising the destination Stores Team when transfers are arranged.
* Operation of Mechanical or Electrical appliances including Fork Lift Trucks

The successful candidate must have a valid FLT license and must have experience using SAP. Rail industry experience is not essential but experience from rail or similar industries would be beneficial.
