Job Title: Site Access Controller

Salary: £11.82 to £15 per Hourly Rate

We are currently looking for a Site Access Controller in Welwyn Garden City.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control access to construction sites, ensuring only authorised personnel are granted entry.

- Verify and validate the identity of individuals entering the site, while maintaining accurate records of all site visitors.

- Conduct thorough security cheques on all vehicles, deliveries, and materials entering and leaving the site.

- Enforce site safety rules and regulations, reporting any breaches or non-compliance to the appropriate personnel.

- Coordinate with site managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of site access procedures.

- Provide clear and concise instructions to visitors, contractors, and employees regarding site access protocols.

Requirements:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering or utilities sector.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.

- Career Level: Entry level or experienced professionals welcome.

- Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent.
