We are seeking an Operations Control Room Manager to join our team in Carlisle. They plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of trains within our network. You will be responsible for monitoring train movements, coordinating schedules, and responding to operational challenges in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:

Train Movement Coordination: Monitor the real-time status of trains within the Carlisle network, ensuring they operate according to schedules and planned routes.

Dispatch and Communication: Effectively communicate with train drivers, station staff, and other relevant personnel to provide instructions, updates, and information on track conditions or incidents.
