We are currently recruiting for an experienced Driver Manager to manage two driver depots and the corresponding teams of mainline train drivers.
You will be a key player contributing to the compliant conduct of drivers under your remit. Work will cover day to day people management, investigations, reports, managing compliance and other management checks.
Person Profile
Must be a competent mainline driver with previous experience of people management and investigations. Strong safety attitude is essential as is a hands on approachable management style.

*Previous investigations expereince

*A1 / D32 or other training or assessment qualifications
*ILM level 3 or upwards
