Job Title: Electrical Assembly Operative (TRAINING PROVIDED)
Job Location: Derby, East Midlands (Litchurch Lane, Derby, DE24 8AD)
Hourly Pay Rate: £9.42 PAYE - Mornings - 5:50am -1:50pm
£10.12 PAYE - Afternoons - 1:50pm - 9:50pm
£11.60 PAYE - Nights - 9:50pm-5:50am


Shift Pattern: Mornings, Afternoons
Hours Per Week: 37 Hours per week
Duration: On-going contract
Start Date: June & July 2020

CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client is a global leader in electronic and electrical product manufacture and assembly. At their Derby site they specialise in rolling stock vehicle component manufacturing, providing specialist electrical sub-assemblies for new build trains.

POSITION SUMMARY
Suitable candidates will be put through a 1-week training package where they will become competent and ready to begin work. During training you will learn the fundamentals of how to:
*Read wiring diagrams and drawings
*General cable assembly
*Crimping and plugging connectors
*Soldering
*Wiring relays

*Able to carry out bench work and standing for a full shift

QUALIFICATIONS
No formal qualifications are required, we are looking for people with a great attitude, basic Maths & English skills and an eagerness to learn new skills.
