DIGITAL ENGINEERING TRAINING SPECIALIST – LONDON

PERMANENT - £39,250 - £56,465

ARM are working with one of our rail clients and we are looking for an educator to join their team as a Digital Engineering Training Specialist.

Our client is creating railway for the future and they need a training specialist to help them deliver the future of digital engineering in the UK. Working closely with the digit engineering teams who are developing and delivering this, you will ensure that staff and contractors working on this, will be given the skills to do this. This will be creating learning materials and delivery, as well as e-learning.

We are looking for individuals who have experience of working as a trainer / educator within a large organisation or government (central or local) department delivering training. Ideally you will have experience of digital engineering or construction. You will have experience of creating educational content for both classroom and online learning. Experience of dealing with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training in order to address this.

This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based in central London. Working from home initially and moving to hybrid working in the future.

Our client is a leading rail company, who are delivering some of the most modern railway in the UK and Europe at the moment.

Salary for this position is between £39,250 and £56,465 per annum. On top of this is an excellent pension scheme, holiday package and private healthcare. There is also the option to increase these and buy other benefits.
