Are you an experienced TDA who has worked in a busy Rail environment, resolving operating issues, and provided real time information?

“Our client is a well-established Nationwide Rail company who provide an exceptional service to their customers and are focused on continually improving this.”

They are currently looking for a Controller to works across a rolling rota and flexible shift patterns including being on call to help manage and resolve operating issues and incidents.

The role:

• Collate and disseminate information from site to provide real time information to customers.
• Produce Site Reporting Templates in line with depot readiness packs.
• Update and maintain the site reporting and stakeholders’ templates.
• Monitor haulage in real time and liaise with SCO and Route Control
• Review PMO reports
• Maintain the control expectations register capturing safety, infrastructure, and performance events.
• Monitor TRUST data regarding train delay attribution by carrying out data integrity checks and informing relevant business partners of any TDA.
