Responsible for train preparation and ensuring our services are safe whilst on the network, this is a perfect first step for those with an aspiration to work in rail. If you are extremely safety conscious, have an eye for detail and are able to work flexibly, this is a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant, long lasting career.

As part of the Train Person recruitment process, you’ll be required to pass industry standard psychometric tests. This means that all our Train Persons are ready to progress into trainee driving roles, as these become available. We aim to start this process within five years of you joining the company.
