Training /Sentinel Coordinator

Salary 16k to 20k per annum
PPS Rail have recently expanded to include a Training Division and have invested in a new purpose built Training Centre in Warrington.
We are looking to add to our experienced team an experniced Training /Sentinel Coordinator
The Training/Sentinel Coordinator has overall responsibility of managing the training and assessment & the Medical and Drugs & Alcohol requirements for PPS Rail workforce
Key Responsibilities
• To ensure that the training and assessment administration complies with relevant industry and company standards and requirements
• To liaise with our clients for booking of candidates training courses and on-site assessments in line with PPS Rail procedures and Sentinel requirements.
• To provide joining instructions of course bookings
• To log results of training/assessments onto the internal system and external systems as required
• To carry out Sentinel pre-recruitment checks as required
• To book Medical and Drug and Alcohol tests to the relevant Group standard
• To support and assist the Training Director and Trainers to ensure our high standards are maintained.
