Current Opportunity: Survey Coordinator
Location:
Based at Fort Dunlop – this location sits on the eastern edge of Birmingham, adjacent to the M6 motorway, providing excellent transport links into the city and across the region. Fort Dunlop serves as a key hub within IPT Area North, supporting operations that span multiple sublots and regional activities. Its strategic position makes it an important point for coordination and access, with proximity to major infrastructure routes ensuring connectivity to both the Central Region and wider project areas.
Role description:
• Record and report Settlement Deeds on the HS2 SRM in accordance with HS2 Implementation manual and BBV project requirements.
• Use the HS2 SRM correctly for the management of all Settlement Deed activities, the recording all contact details and correspondence, and the monitoring of compliance with all time limits and/or constraints for actions and responses.
• Admin for Pre & Post construction defect survey
• Admin for Land Drainage surveys
• Admin for Land and Fencing Condition survey
• Coordinate signature and timely return of the deeds from the eligible property owners.
• Ensure Deed letters are sign by the BBV contractor’s representative
• Assist to identify all eligible property owners that may be impacted by the authorised works.
• Support the Settlement Deeds Lead in data gathering, collation and storage of information.
• Coordinate administration of settlement deeds and monitor survey progress
• Coordinate the delivery of focused support to the performance and assurance of Settlement Deeds
• Record all communications with stakeholders as evidence
• Collaborate with HS2, petitioners, stakeholders and other contractors in support of project objectives.
• To comply with and support team compliance with company and client safety standards
• Support the escalation of issues and sharing of good practice
• Demonstrate the BBV behaviours
