We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to work for our clients, a Railway Construction company based on a Depot in the Leeds area.

As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing complex civil, depot and rail infrastructure projects. You will manage operations from initial design to final delivery within budget and to time. immediate focus on this position will be the management of a high profile Railway Depot, as such previous experience of working on such schemes would be an advantage.

Candidates will have a strong background of working on civil engineering and multi disciplinary schemes within the rail industry, will be able to build and maintain relationships with all involved (clients, contractors, sub contractors, NWR etc etc) and will be full conversant with all NWR site based paperwork and able to produce updates and reports for clients.

A HND/Degree in civil engineering or a related subject would be ideal, along with current SMSTS, PTS and ideally being qualified to CRE.
