Are you an experienced Asset Information Manager looking to play a key role on one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes?
Do you have experience managing asset information, digital engineering data, and Common Data Environments on major rail projects?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major HS2 Rail Systems programme, supporting the development and delivery of asset information throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll be responsible for:
·Developing and implementing Asset Information Management strategies and plans.
·Managing asset data across ProjectWise, GIS and Asset Management Systems.
·Ensuring compliance with ISO 19650, ISO 55000 and project information standards.
·Leading asset data validation, quality assurance and information handover.
·Working with Digital Engineering teams to ensure accurate asset registers and information delivery.
·Supporting continuous improvement of asset information processes.
You'll need:
·Experience as an Asset Information Manager on major rail or infrastructure projects.
·Strong knowledge of ProjectWise and Common Data Environments.
·Experience with asset management systems such as Maximo, SAP EAM or Oracle AIM.
·Understanding of ISO 19650 and asset information governance.
·Previous experience delivering Rail Systems packages on HS2 or similar major rail programmes.
Information Management Coordinator

Do you enjoy ensuring project information is accurate, compliant and delivered to the highest standards?
Join a major HS2 Rail Systems programme supporting the management of digital information within the Common Data Environment.
You'll be responsible for:
·Managing information within ProjectWise.
·Supporting document workflows, metadata and quality assurance.
·Coordinating information between project teams and supply chain partners.
·Supporting BIM and Digital Engineering compliance.
·Carrying out information audits and reporting.
·Assisting with Information Delivery Planning and stakeholder support.
You'll need:
·Experience working within ProjectWise.
·Previous Information Management or Document Control experience on major rail projects.
·Understanding of ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments.
·Experience supporting Digital Engineering teams.
·HS2 or major rail infrastructure experience is essential.
