Job Role Title: Multi-Skilled Operative

Job Role Details: Same knowledge and skills as the general operative but also: Full understanding of duties required for construction works. Good understanding of duties required for ground works. Capable of working to instruction with minimal supervision. Ability to work with others. Provide assistance to chargehand and other tradesman.

Qualifications Required:

• Knowledge of multiple trades - Two other qualifications (Pasma, Driving Licence, Face Fit Testing, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, PTS or as requested by Works Superintendants)

• CSCS

• Manual handling

Competencies Required:

• CSCS Green Card
