Purpose of the Job
This role will support the Data and Information Lead in developing performance metrics for the programme, and implementing a Data and Information management plan to ensure data is available to support effective decision making across the programme.
To direct, lead and support developing of data and information, identifying improvements where appropriate and ensuring that outputs are followed through to agreed conclusions.
- Through application of previous experience, the individual will be able to understand and contribute to developing a robust Data and Information Management plan for the programme
- Provide support in producing performance metrics and associated reporting for internal and external stakeholders, up to Board level
- Ensure quality of data to support effective decision making across the programme including data analytics
- Provide additional data and information support to the Management team as may be required from time to time.
- Take necessary care to properly protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of corporate information from unauthorised disclosure, modification or destruction. Never knowingly put Crossrail's information or information systems at risk.
- To identify issues and offer solutions that may be practically implemented
- To maintain a high level of flexibility when dealing with changing requirements.
- To carefully manage different teams and stakeholders and appropriately handle information of various sensitivities.

- Knowledge of technical vocabularies and terminology common to a major civil / rail infrastructure project.
