Morson Talent are seeking a talented individual to support the management and coordination of consenting activities across a high-profile project to work for a major Rail client based in central London. The client is preferably looking for someone with experience in consenting activities on complex construction or major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Consents Registers and ensure all project-wide consents are tracked and delivered.
• Develop and maintain consistent processes for data management, reporting, and assurance to support the Consents Management Plan.
• Facilitate consent management processes to ensure compliance throughout the design, construction, and handover phases.
• Coordinate the submission of all project-wide consent deliverables, such as management plans, reports, and lookaheads.
• Maintain the consents risk register and support area consents colleagues with risk management.
• Ensure all consenting plans, procedures, and systems are fit for purpose and maintained.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Expertise in project controls and data analysis, with proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to thrive in time-sensitive environments.
• Demonstrable experience in stakeholder communications and building effective working relationships.
• Ideally, experience in consenting activities on complex construction or major infrastructure projects.
• Qualification in a relevant subject and skills in problem-solving, facilitation, and negotiation.
