Position: Construction Manager - Fit-Out
Rate: £350 - £400 (Outside IR35)
Location: Euston
Duration: 3 months +
Work Arrangements: Mainly Nights and Weekends

People Group are looking to recruit a Construction Manager to support the Fit-out team on HS2 to work for the Main joint Venture.

People Group are looking to recruit a Construction Manager to support the Fit-out team on HS2 to work for the Main joint Venture.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Ensure all health and safety documentation and project method statements are adhered to by all personnel on site.
- Manage a site with circa 100 operatives
- Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met.
- Ensuring all relevant permits and licenses are in place
- Ensure all aspects of work is completed to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
- Attending weekly progress meetings
- Management of site staff
- Liaising with numerous teams including design, commercial and planning
Experience/Skills Needed:
- Worked as a Construction Manager on major fit out projects
- All tickets are up to date- SMSTS, CSCS
- Strong ability to work within complex and challenging projects
- Excellent organisation, communication, and reporting skills
