Site Administrator in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom
URGENT Site Admin needed based in Buckinghamshire.
I am currently working with 4 Tier one main Contractors as a joint venture doing HS2 enabling works worth £1 billion! The scope of work includes viaducts, green tunnels, road diversions, over bridges and excavation.
The ideal candidate will be able to ensure systems are up to date with requisitions, delivery tickets etc. You will also be required to support with Time Allocation sheets which are completed on a weekly basis.
You will need to support on the reception desk from time to time and you will also be responsible for the management of meeting rooms and the Microsoft Teams functionality of these rooms. Stationary and office consumable management will be an essential part of the role which is imperative to the smooth running of the office/site.
You will be involved in correspondence and document management (Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR). We'd also like you to help in providing support to the Project Management and Commercial teams.
You MUST have strong communication skills and experience within a similar role with similar values.
This role is a permanent role paying up to £30,000.

- Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
- Assisting with Handover files
- Numbering documents and filing
- Updating and maintaining document registers
- Ordering materials for site
- Ordering PPE for people on site
- Ad hoc dutie
- Knowledge of Document Management systems
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Time Management to work to deadlines
- Be able to produce and manage communications
