Position: Demobilisation Support Engineer - Fleet
Rate: £450 Outside IR35
Location: Tyseley
Contract Duration: 7 months
Working Pattern: 5 days based on site
People Group are looking to recruit an Engineer from a Client Side background to work for a Train Operating Company.

People Group are looking to recruit an Engineer from a Client Side background to work for a Train Operating Company.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be work alongside the Demobilisation Delivery Manager, but will help to resolve any stuck repairs, help source materials etc.
- You'll gets stuck in with the actual fixes and editing Work Reports to make them more digestible for the production staff.
- Apply relevant techniques and procedures of quantified and qualitative risk assessment and HAZOP analysis as necessary
- Review designs, reviewing any change to confirm that the projects technical requirements are achieved.
- Review all relevant legislation and liaisewith relevant governmental departments to enable discipline specific technical risks to be understood
- Undertake reviews of design and construction activities. Arrange audits of contractors to monitor whether safety and quality of design, construction testing and commissioning and management systems are adequate.
- Experience working client side (within Rail) with understanding the operation of a TOC
- Must have experience working as an Engineer on a depot before.
- experience of working with these systems (e2m/SAP/Maximo/RAVERS).
- Shall preferably be a Chartered Engineer (preferably MICE), and have a relevant engineering degree (BSc/BEng or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of general relevant experience.
