Interface Manager (Civils) required to work for Multi-Discipline Engineering Consultancy JV on High Speed Rail Project.
Ongoing Contract basis - Inside IR35
Hybrid/Remote Working with offices based in North West, Midlands or London.
Role Brief:
The role off Interface manager is effectively a PM role which sits between the design team and the consents team and manages the flow of information between the two and tracks the dates for delivery of these items. Lots of information to track and dates for chase up so a good general PM with some experience of civils works would be ideal.
Support the delivery teams by ensuring the relevant information has been received from the client and other delivery teams prior to commencing a design package and if not the relevant communications and mitigations are agreed.
Experience Required:
•BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline preferred.
•Have relevant experience delivery management and assurance experience gained in a comparable design and engineering environment.
•Can influence design team to deliver high quality deliverables, on time
•Able to influence client reps to agree proposed design solutions and deliverables.
•Able to communicate well with others at all levels including effective use of English orally and in writing.
