People Group are looking for a Part-time Rewards Manager to get involved in end of year compensation processes which include Salary Review and Bonus.
Position: HR - Rewards Manager
Rate: £34.70 per Hour PAYE Umbrella
Location: Maidenhead
Start date: 11th December
End Date: 26th April
Working Arrangements: 2 Days from Home 1 Day in Office
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for compensation processes including salary review and bonus.
- Responsible for configuration of the compensation software in collaboration with our third party provider.
- Liaising with Finance to accurately calculate bonus payments.
- Support with the accurate delivery of reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with reward processes, including data processing and security.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Strong background in working in a reward role
- Strong knowledge and confidence in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Commercial acumen
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Keen focus on continuous improvement with the ability to solve problems
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and work autonomously
- Experience of working in a UK Plc desirable but not a requirement.
