Position: MEP Lead

You will be responsible for a team of 3 along with the Mechanical services delivery, health and safety and subcontractor performance and wellbeing, whilst liaising with the client, main contractor, and consultants.

You will be responsible for a team of 3 along with the Mechanical services delivery, health and safety and subcontractor performance and wellbeing, whilst liaising with the client, main contractor, and consultants.
What will you be doing
- Overseeing the production and agreement of preconstruction, construction, and commissioning.
- Leading the production of PPC and road maps.
- Managing, monitoring, and recording of weekly look ahead plan for resource and progress.
- understanding of dependencies, problems posed and available resolutions. Managing and sequencing of subcontractors in line with programme requirements.
- Assisting with the production and agreement of project health and safety plans.
- Monitoring of installation works to ensure compliance with business processes.
- Monitoring of installation works to ensure compliance with project strategies/plans.
- Monitoring of sub-subcontractor health and safety documentation ensuring validity and supply chain works onsite in line with approved RAMS.
- Producing of sub-subcontractor tender information i.e., scope of works, interfaces schedules, pricing schedules, demarcations.
- Managing of procurement of sub-subcontractors packages in line with business and project strategies/plans. Managing of sub-subcontractors scope via a profit and loss reporting including attendance in project level package commercial reviews.
- Managing of sub-subcontractors package risk register and weekly dependency schedule production to progress works in line with programme.
- Monitoring recording and challenging of weekly look ahead plan for resource and progress.
