Railway Transport Planning Professional – Inside IR35
Contract Length: 3 months initially

We are seeking an experienced Railway Transport Planning Professional to join our team on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled and able to demonstrate competence across a range of railway planning disciplines, with proven experience in busy depot environments.

Key Requirements:

Strong background in Maintenance Planning.

Solid understanding of Railway timetabling and diagram allocations.

Knowledge of resource planning, including depot capacity and limitations.

Proficient understanding of RoGS and railway documentation (e.g., Rules of the Depot).

Hands-on experience with computer-based management systems such as SRMS, SAP, Intergale, Gemini, etc.

Knowledge of both planned and reactive maintenance requirements within a high-demand depot.

Ability to remain agile and adapt to changing operational planning requirements.

Flexibility to support ad hoc and special events when required.
