Role
This will include the transfer of asbestos survey information and photographs for LU track, lineside buildings, vent shafts and substations into an Excel template ready for bulk upload into Maximo.
There is also a requirement to run reports in Maximo, the output of which will then need to be uploaded to SharePoint for the business to access.
Skills
The role requires the successful candidate to transfer asbestos survey information from reports into a pre-defined Excel template. They will need to identify inconsistencies in data and escalate any concerns to senior members of the team.
Training can be provided, but someone with good IT skills (Excel essential Maximo desirable) and ability to pick things up quickly is essential.
Experience in data entry and managing large data sets, with excellent attention to detail.
Experience in managing asbestos would be a bonus, but not essential.
