Position: Senior MEP Manager (Mechanical)
Location: London
 
An excellent job opportunity for a Senior MEP Manager (Mechanical) to work for a leading international tier one main contractor. This position is to work on a new modern commercial office build project based in the heart of London.

What will you be doing:

• Managing and coordinating the installation of mechanical & Electrical packages.
• Working with consultants and subcontractors.
• Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
• Preparing the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensuring smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract.
• Identifying and predicting potential delays and action remedies.
• Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress and any other relevant issues.
• Reviewing project scope and managing the budget and schedule.
• Performing cost analysis as and when required.
• Participating in design reviews.
• Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
• Reviewing issues to drive continuous improvement.

Lets talk about you.

You are digitally astute and can build lasting client relationships. Detailed knowledge of MEP packages including installation techniques, best practice, and single system commissioning requirements. You will have a commercial or major projects project experience, construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career.
