S&T Trainer and Assessor

Location: Eastleigh, nr Southampton, with travel UK wide

Company Description

S&T Training limited is situated in the south-east near Southampton. The company was established in 2002. The company delivers S&T training and track safety training to contractors and Network Rail. S&T Training is approved by NSAR to carry out SMTH assessments.

Role Description

The role will deliver at locations UK wide, but also at our Eastleigh Centre. The Railway S&T Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, carrying out assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in railway signalling and telecommunications preferably to team leader level or above.
• Knowledge of railway safety standards and regulations.
• Training and assessment qualifications though we will consider developing a suitable candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in railway operations is a plus
• Full SMTH qualification in sentinel.
