Job description

Be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting work of CTG (La Compagnie du TRANSGUINEEN).

Promote the implementation of accounting policies, coordinate major accounting treatment matters, and guide the implementation of policies in subsidiaries.

Be responsible for the organization and coordination of the company's annual final accounts and final accounts audit, prepare the company's annual final accounts statements, and compile the company's annual work report.

Implement the approval and execution of the annual profit distribution plan.

Formulate and improve tax-related management systems and establish a tax management system.

Strengthen the prevention and control of tax risks, formulate targeted prevention and control measures, and regularly conduct supervision and inspection of tax risks; cooperate well with external tax inspections, maintain good communication with tax authorities in the country or region where the business operates, and maintain a favorable external environment for tax management.

Study tax and fiscal policies, various conventions, and strive for tax preferences and fiscal and tax subsidies for the company; organize the company's various tax declaration work to ensure that the company and relevant individuals fulfill their tax obligations; be responsible for the company's annual tax liquidation and the filing of tax materials.

Organize the company's internal cross-border related party transaction transfer pricing, the balance of input and output value-added tax, the declaration of key tax sources, the declaration of country-specific information, the declaration of information for large taxpayers (the "Thousand Large Taxpayers" information), etc.

Be responsible for the company's annual tax liquidation and the preparation of contemporaneous documentation to provide a good tax environment for the company's continuous operation.

Organize and coordinate various tax inspections and guide and supervise the tax work of subsidiaries.
Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Auditing, or a related field;

Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or Tax Accountant are preferred.

The official operating language of CTG is French. Chinese and English may serve as working languages. Under equal conditions, those who are proficient in French will be preferred.

Strong cross-cultural communication skills to effectively liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and subsidiaries across different regions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, tax management, or multinational corporate finance and taxation, with a solid understanding of IFRS and local tax regulations;

Prior experience in African or Francophone countries is highly preferred;

Experience in cross-border transfer pricing, tax planning, tax compliance, and tax dispute resolution.

Proficient in corporate financial accounting, consolidated financial statements, and year-end closing processes;

Skilled in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and tax filing systems;

Strong data analysis skills to optimize tax and financial management through data insights.

Highly responsible with strong compliance awareness and risk sensitivity;

Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage cross-departmental and cross-regional finance and tax operations;

Adaptable to an international work environment, willing to undertake short-term business trips or remote collaboration.
