Job description

Be responsible for the fund management of CTG (Compagnie du Transguinéen), including daily operational payments and other related tasks; overseeing capital investment and statistical work for the company.

Prepare the company's financial expense and fund-related budgets, conduct tracking, analysis, and adjustments, and implement cost-saving and efficiency-improving measures for financial expenses.

Manage the company's domestic and foreign currency fund allocation, including cash pool management, fund revenue and expenditure planning, and unified foreign exchange settlement.

Promote the development of the company's fund management risk system; formulate and implement risk management strategies for domestic and foreign currency interest rates and exchange rates, as well as internal controls for fund management.

Handle tasks related to currency internationalization applications.

Monitor and analyze the company's financial control indicators (including cash flow, interest-bearing liabilities, debt-to-asset ratio, and related accounts) and provide management recommendations.

Serve as the financial liaison for audits, inspections, and reviews; oversee basic financial compliance and internal control tasks.

Formulate and revise CTG's fund management policies and procedures.
Job requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury/financial management, including at least 3 years in team leadership roles.

The official operating language of CTG is French. Chinese and English may serve as working languages. Under equal conditions, those who are proficient in French will be preferred.

Prior treasury experience in multinational corporations or large conglomerates preferred

Familiar with international settlements, foreign exchange management and cross-border cash pooling operations

Proficient in end-to-end corporate treasury management and financial analysis

Knowledgeable of international financial reporting standards and foreign exchange control policies

Experience in financial derivatives application is a plus

Capable of preparing bilingual financial reports and conducting business negotiation
