Services / Deliverables
1. Analyse and present data to support recommendations.
2. Provide technical and administrative support.
3. Locate and collate data, records, and other information as required.
4. Carry out upkeep and review of publications, data, records, logs, etc. as required.
5. Assist in the preparation of the outputs required.
6. Upload & maintain Ellipse information & submit to Maintenance on all Signalling Assets.
7. Carry out & maintain OSS Deep Store / Archive records.
8. Upload & maintain CARRs information & submit to maintenance.
9. Assist in creation of Yellow Peril and arrange for its distribution via CAT Solutions.
10. Arrange Car Parking / Visitor requests / Meeting room requests hospitality, etc.
11. Taking & creation of Meeting Minutes.
12. Creation & maintenance of Dashboard Trackers.
13. Creation of Entry into Service Checklist reports import and maintenance of documentation.
14. Create, maintain & distribute procedure documentation where necessary.
15. Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as and when requested by all Departments within the IP Signalling Team.
16. Locate and collate data, records and other information as requested.
17. NRG Source Records.
18. Earthworks.
19. NRAP / Rolling Stock Information & distribute as necessary.
20. E-Business.
21. Commercial assistance Bind Contracts.
22. CPP / PCIP creation / assistance.
23. Portal assistance.
24. Sustainability plan assistance & input.
25. Test Log Tracker creation
Requisite Competencies
• Experience of proprietary software planning / scheduling tools.
• Previous knowledge and expertise within the field of project resource management.
• Experience of document control software
