A very unique opportunity for an experienced Lead M&E Project Manager has arisen within the rail construction market. We are working with a very well-established and reputable building services firm who are investing significant resource into launching a rail division in London.

A Lead MEP Project Manager with significant experience in bid management, pre-construction and design management is needed on either a freelance or permanent basis.

Some of the major projects they are being considered for have 10-year programmes attached to them and our client wants to solidify interest in them by bolstering their team from this early stage.
