MEP Project Manager

Heathrow - Terminal Building Upgrade Projects: £70k - £80k + package (Negotiable within reason)

Our client is a framework contractor on the Heathrow H7 Framework. HAL are investing significant money in asset replacement works along with upgrades to security and baggage systems.

I need 2 x MEP Project Managers on a permanent basis. The first role will be upgrading a terminal building in order to ready it for new baggage transportation systems. The second will be focused on asset replacement works, with the initial project focused on chilled water packages for one of the terminal buildings.

These are both building services roles. The successful MEP Project Managers will have a history of leading and delivering major MEP refurbishment programs in operational environments and a good understanding of NEC contracts.

Our client is focused of being retained beyond the 5-year H7 framework period and are looking to strengthen in key areas over the next 6-12 months with MEP Project Managers and Project Engineers with backgrounds in aviation, rail & specialist systems engineering.
