Project Manager

Location: Ashby

Contract: 6 Months with possible extension

IR35 Determination: Outside

We are working with a Leading rail contractor who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their excellent R&D team.

Your role as Project Manager includes the safe delivery of projects to achieve safety, cost time and quality objectives along with assisting in the engineering and development of all allocated schemes.

Experience

• 5 years’ experience in Project management
• Proven track record of multiple projects greater than £1M per year
• Strong ability in managing multiple projects
• Proficient with MS Project
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Background in Aerospace or Transport

Key Accountabilities and objectives

• To create, manage and deliver R&D Projects
• Management of works overviews and other project documentation to demonstrate a concise programme of works through the preparation and delivery of detailed hand-over
• Continuous improvement implementation
• Good understanding of risk and opportunity management.
