Works Delivery Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Works Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing rail team in the planning and delivery of track works. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing staff, overseeing work delivery, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Works Delivery team
• Plan, direct, and monitor work programmes to ensure compliance with standards and safe systems of work.
• Manage resources, budgets, and costs.
• Drive improvements in safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee asset inspection, maintenance, and renewal activities to ensure full compliance.
• Uphold company policies and regulatory requirements, including CDM Regulations.

Essential:

• Strong background in track delivery management and team leadership.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance, quality, and safety standards.
