My client is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator to join one of their project teams, to provide efficient administrative support throughout the project life cycle. This would suit someone with excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, working within a rail environment.

Rate: £180 - £210 p/d
Duration: 6 months
Location: Birmingham but remote working for the time being

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to the Project Managers.
• Liaise with Engineers, with the aim to resolve any technical queries.
• Review project and supplier documentation, ensuring to raise any issues immediately
• Handle and maintain any plans and controls in line with the project life cycle.
• Attend meetings and take notes.

Requirements:

• Previous rail experience would be ideal
• PC literate especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
