About the role

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to assist the Engineering Surveying team in supplying the survey requirements in the construction process.

This role will involve different survey processes as required to support the site teams. Tasks will vary but will include engineering control, topographic Survey, engineering surveying and setting out.

What you'll be doing

Work as part of the survey team in various engineering survey activities

Carry out engineering surveying activities as directed

Carry out checks on survey equipment in accordance with BMS (Business Management

System)

Provide site engineers with information from design deliverables (schedules, digital models,

and drawings)

Carry out independent surveys checks at key stages in the construction process

Who we're looking for?

Hold a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent industry recognised qualification

The following qualities/experience are essential:

Must be keen to learn and develop within the Survey Team

Possess effective communication skills

Can demonstrate ability in IT (Information Technology) applications

Ability to form effective working relationships with the wider project team

Minimum of 1 years' experience in the construction industry

Hold a full driving licence
