Project or Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

£55k - £77.5k + package.

Our client is currently engaged in rail station refurbishments and infrastructure projects throughout the midlands. They are looking for a Project or Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to oversee 5 - 7 years of work in collaboration with a large civil engineering firm.

The contract has potential to grow from its current value at £5M to over £40M, so we need a Project or Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor who is capable looking after elements the reporting for multiple packages on work over a larger account as well as controlling the project budget and determining regular commercial forecasts.

You will be fully supported by the project director on this scheme and the commercial director of the business.

An established Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor with 8 - 10 years industry experience would be an ideal fit.

Salary For Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor £55k - £77.5k + package depending on skills and experience. Promotion plan to Commercial Manager available.
