Role:
- You will have direct contact with the Main Contract and Subcontracts.
- Working as a part of a team to ensure contracted payment noticies are in accordance with the companies guidlines.
- Using your aquired quantity surveying skills to moniter planned vs actual costs within multiple infrastructure sectors.
- Makingn sure all contractual notices for projects are presented in a timely manor.
Skills:
- Degree qualification desired (MRICS accredited or equivalent)
- Desire to progress and work towards chartership or above
- Ideally have knowledge of NEC option A, C or E
- Background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
