Calling all talented Quantity Surveyors! Exciting opportunity ahead...

I am currently working with a main contractor who is in need of a Quantity Surveyor thats ready to make big waves in their water division.
 
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Commercial Team responsible for delivering a large utility project in the Southeast with a scope of work that includes water distribution and mains replacement, New or refurbished pumping stations and the inspection and maintenance of aqueducts, bridges, and tunnels.
 
Role:

• Administration of the commercial and financial aspects of projects
• Preparation of Cost and Value reporting, together with commercial performance reports
• Procurement and sub-contract management
• Cost control, and cash collection

Skills:

• Degree/HND or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Commercially and contractually able to manage risk and opportunity.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Results-driven with the capability of working on your own initiative.
• Experience with major projects.
