Position: Assistant Construction Manager
Rate: £250 per day, indicative determination OUTSIDE IR35
Location: Projects between Euston to Birmingham
Duration: minimum 6 months
Start date: 1st March
We are looking for x21 Assistant Construction Managers to work for Network Rails Asset Protection Support Services between Euston and Birmingham.
The Service is required 24 hours a day 365 days a year to support Network Rail projects that are initiated and funded by external clients (Third Parties) who wish to construct something over, under or near the railway, and which has the potential to impact the railway in some way.
The purpose of Network Rails Asset Protection team is to present the front face of Network Rail to external clients, and as such, has a responsibility in managing client expectations in a professional and effective manner but, more importantly, to ensure that all the risks to Network Rails assets, from external projects, are adequately considered and controlled. The ASPRO teams deal with a multitude of issues including neighbouring construction sites, utility works, bridge works, domestic maintenance, new road schemes, inspections and surveying, and works within the designated precautionary area of level crossings, stations, rail connection.
To be successful in this position, were looking for some who has;

- Experience of being a Assistant Construction Manager on Network Rail Projects previously
- Be willing to mobilise to projects anywhere between London to Birmingham
