Overview:
The Track Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient maintenance, inspection, and operation of track infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily work of track maintenance crews
• Inspect track conditions and schedule necessary maintenance and repairs
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain accurate work records
• Train and support team members to ensure safe and efficient practices
• Communicate effectively with team leads, managers, and external partners as required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in track maintenance, construction, or related field
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of track safety standards, inspection procedures, and maintenance practices
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions
• Preferred: industry certifications or technical training
