Claims Expert - Major Rail Project (Philippines)Lead Complex Claims &amp; Dispute Matters on a Landmark Metro Programme A global infrastructure consultancy is seeking an experienced Claims Expert to support Contract Package for 8km of track &amp; stations on a major Rail/Metro project in the Philippines. This longterm assignment offers the opportunity to work clientside on one of Southeast Asia's most significant transport investments. Role OverviewThe Claims Expert will take a central role in managing all claims and disputerelated matters for the package, working closely with the Senior Claims Expert and Contract Manager. This position requires deep contractual expertise, strong analytical capability, and proven experience navigating complex engineering and construction claims within largescale rail environments.
