Our client is a leading rail systems company looking for a Signalling Construction Site Supervisor based in Hamilton, Scotland. As a Signalling Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for checking, monitoring, and reporting on the quality and quantities of installation works.

Role:

The successful candidate will ensure adequate supervision of the workforce on site to ensure safety, productivity and workmanship meet all standards.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure all site operations are carried out safely, and in accordance with standards and relevant legislation
• Assist in the planning of onsite operations and future projects
• Implement and participate in competence assessments, including IRSE mentoring
• Ensure all relevant site records and paperwork are maintained as requested by the Construction Manager/Project Manager/Project Engineer
• Provide input into preparation of Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets and RIMINI Sheet
• Working with the Construction Manager and Works Supervisor, allocate and direct the workforce to ensure the most efficient use of resources, including any agency or subcontractors onsite.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years S&T work experience
• IRSE License or working towards one
• Strong and effective leadership skills
• Valid PTS certificate

Desirable:

• COSS and PC
• Signalling modules SMTH, Mod 3C, Mod 5
