People Group are looking to recruit a Systems Auditor from a Tier1 / Main Contractor background to work on HS2 for the main Joint Venture.
You with be responsible for objectively evaluating the Integrated Management System of the main JV and the Subcontractors, to determine the extent to which normative requirements, contractual requirements and obligations are fulfilled on the HS2 Euston Station Project for ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001.

On offer is a salary of between £ <phone number removed> per annum, car allowance, pension, discretionary bonus and 22 days holiday (plus 2 Mace days and 3 days xmas Shutdown).

What will you be doing
- Promote the HSSEQ Culture of Right First Time, Every Time and Safe at Heart and within the Project Team, Consultants and Subcontractors.
- Promote HSSEQ Awareness among the Project Team, Consultants and Subcontractors
- Develop, implement and maintain procedures for auditing and management of non-conformances.
- Develop, implement and maintain a risk-based HSSEQ Audit Programme for Mace Dragados and Subcontractors.
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with the Audit Procedure and the Project Audit Programme. Perform Quarterly Reviews of the Audit Programme.
- Prepare Audit Reports and Non-conformance Reports.
- Agree appropriate corrective actions with auditees and follow-up on the completion of corrective actions within agreed timelines.
- Ensure that all non-conforming processes are managed in accordance with the Non-conformance Procedure.
- Facilitate closure of Non-conformance Reports subsequent to effective implementation of the proposed corrective actions.
- Maintain the Audit Action Register and evaluate process non-conformance to identify trends and areas of risk in the QMS.
- Prepare quarterly reports on Integrated Management System Risks and propose mitigations.
- Ensure that that at least 90% of planned audits take place within the scheduled timeframe.
- Ensure that at least 95% of process non-conformances are closed within the stipulated date of closure.
Essential for the role:
- Experience in auditing management systems and working in large infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO 19011 along with knowledge of audit principles, practices and technique
- You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
- You will have a construction or project management background
- Ability to travel to Euston Station 4 days a week
