A Train Operating Company is looking to recruit a Depot Manager to join their team in the South Coast.


This is an opportunity to join the UKs largest Train Operating Company who manager 236 station across London, Cambridge, and South Coast.


You'll oversee a team of 150 staff with 3 management levels and play an important role in delivering maintenance and performance improvements for their fleets as well as ensuring the safe, cost effective and efficient operations of the Depot.

Experienced people leader, particularly in leading large teams
Strong understanding of rolling stock and associated maintenance practices
A strong understanding of general depot operations, associated safety risks, and mitigation
Engineering Background
Experience in a supervisory or depot management role.
