I am currently recruiting for an experienced Scheme Project Manager to lead the delivery of OLE projects across the Central and West Coast Routes.
This role has responsibility for the end-to-end management of OHL scheme delivery, alongside a key leadership role in integrating High Output Track and Construction teams to enable safe, efficient, and collaborative planning and execution.
The position will also play a significant role in the planning and development of upcoming works at Birmingham New Street, contributing to early-stage coordination, integration, and delivery strategy for this complex and high-profile programme.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Overall management of OHL/OLE project delivery, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards in line with PACE and Network Rail governance</li>

Responsible for overseeing the design, construction, temporary works, shaft sinking, SCL works, secondary linings for TIDs, cross passages, tunnel connections and all associated FRC works related to the shafts and headhouses stairs coordinating with the TBMs and tunnelling activities in the DU's scope.
