A leading international project development company is seeking a Contract Specialist to support its global operations. Specialising in large-scale projects, the company manages contracts, procurement, and logistics worldwide, ensuring efficient and compliant project execution.

Role Overview:

The Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing contracts, handling claims, overseeing procurement, and coordinating logistics for international projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong contract management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.

• Manage contract claims and disputes, providing strategic recommendations.

• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.

• Coordinate logistics and supply chain operations for international projects.

• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Requirements:

• Vietnamese national with fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written & spoken).

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, and logistics.

• Strong knowledge of international contracting standards and claims handling.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
