EWI Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Depot Project Manager from a Civils/ Structures background to join a landmark Metro project. This is your chance to lead the delivery of world-class depot facilities, working directly on behalf of the end client during both the design review and construction supervision phases.

The Role & Responsibilities:

As Depot Project Manager, you will:

• Take overall charge of all depot works, including civil, Structural and architectural,
• Co-ordinate with the Equipment and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) disciplines for depot buildings.
• Coordinate with suppliers of plant and equipment, ensuring seamless integration across all systems.
• Represent the Project Director and maintain close liaison with the client, keeping them fully informed of progress and challenges.
• Lead the review, revalidation, and supplementation of the basic depot design, ensuring total coordination of track, train operations, passenger guidance, disaster prevention, sales management, power supply, rolling stock, and maintenance facilities.
• Oversee the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, pre-qualification criteria, and contract awards.
• Scrutinize contractors' construction methods and ensure compliance with all safety and operational regulations.
• Manage supervision, coordination, and approvals with utility agencies, traffic police, and government authorities.
• Monitor contractor performance, report on progress, schedule, and costs, and proactively address claims or deviations.
• Support the client in public relations, site requirements, and the development of operating, maintenance, and training programs.

Requirements for the role:

• Degree qualified (in Civil or related Subject)

• Strong civil and structural engineering background, with proven experience in large-scale rail or metro infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in depot design, construction, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience working client-side, ideally in a leadership or project management capacity.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Package:

The package is expected to be in the region of $12,000 per month tax free with allowances for accommodation, travel etc.
