Senior Rolling Stock Expert - Urban Transportation (Quebec City)

An international engineering consultancy, renowned for its work in rail systems certification and safety across global infrastructure projects, is seeking a Senior Rolling Stock Expert to support a major urban transportation initiative in Quebec City.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in rolling stock engineering
• Fluent French language skills - essential for project coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Proven background in urban transportation, particularly tramway systems
• Experience acting as an Independent Certifier on complex rail projects
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record in project management and team leadership
• Ideally a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible for registration

Relocation support to Quebec City is available for the right candidate.
